Our mission is to revolutionize the way each and every member of the world’s capital markets gets information, connects, communicates and shares. People come to GLX to research and connect with other like-minded people, companies, securities and issues in and around the global economy and capital markets.
We have developed the Community Conduct outlined herein to realize our ambition of creating a self-policed, user regulated, social finance network that is transparent and compliant. This Community Conduct will help Members understand what type of activity and content is allowed on GLX, and perhaps what type of activity and content may be reported, reviewed, and removed.
Responsibilities of GLX and its Staff
As the first truly global “Social Finance” network, GLX strives to build and maintain a network of authentic Members, unparalleled functionality, and accurate well organized information. We work very hard on a daily basis to improve our web platform, mobile apps, overall operations and member satisfaction. GLX maintains a commitment to continue this effort. At GLX, customer service and the appropriate responsibilities of the GLX business model are GLX’s immediate and top priorities.
Responsibilities of GLX’s Members
As a network, GLX strives to maintain a positive, authentic, and beneficial relationship between itself and each of its Members. Members must respect this and strive to maintain authentic information at all times. Every Member must have an accurate and verified email address to create and control their account. Members are prompted to provide their real names, place of employment, position, and additional information about themselves. Members are required to provide honest and factual information about their backgrounds, positions, and any additional information on their profile. This is important to the success of GLX, because, with proper and truthful information GLX will be able to grow the networks overall value proposition as we engage our Membership. GLX will not condone misleading or inaccurate information and will use our best efforts to correct or remove said information.
GLX believes in highest level of ethics, manners, and standards and promotes proper behavior and professionalism in our network. Members are expected to be respectful of our policies. Dishonest or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The sharing of graphic or obscene images, pornography, or foul language with the public, through the GLX network, is not allowed.
GLX reserves the right to revoke control of any profiles that were created or claimed in a fraudulent manner. We limit visibility and/or remove content, and coordinate with regulatory authorities, including law enforcement, if we feel that there is the risk of physical, virtual, or financial harm and / or direct threats to public safety.

GLX reserves the right to update our Community Conduct page at any given time. GLX’s Community Conduct page serves as the forefront and primary example of the ethics and procedures in which GLX will use to promote, upkeep, and safeguard its Members and the GLX platform and brand.
