Smoke, an E17 theme

Smoke is a new theme for Enlightenment E17. I had collected a few ideas over the last few months and a few of them started looking like they would fit together nicely. Smoke is only available for the latest CVS release and supports desktop icons.

The goal of smoke is usability and entertainment with minimal intrusion. With crema I started by removing bling, with smoke I shoveled a little bit back in.

  • Enough of those skinny little borders that I can’t get my pointer on. Smoke borders are beefy with easy-to-find corners.
  • Roll-over window manipulators to provide endless entertainment during those rare idle moments.
  • A roll-over clock to match! Darn cute.
  • Tao-style net module theme, mostly because I needed something non-square on the shelf where I usually house that module.
  • A fresh new background
